Improve the Friso app to boost engagement and expand the user base.
Solution
We introduced a gamified experience that encouraged customers to interact with the app, unlocking rewards and discovering the many resources available, within an optimized user experience. The new Friso app is a “one-stop shop”, where HCPs can find all the scientific materials, enabling them to always have the latest product portfolio at hand and even the ability to share content with parents.
